It is recommended to use the oral irrigator twice a day. Whether this is done before or
after brushing depends on personal preference. Before brushing,
it can help remove food debris, making brushing easier.
After brushing, it can remove remaining debris and toothpaste, leaving a
fresh feeling. The nozzle should be replaced regularly, at least every 3 to 6
months, to optimize cleaning and prevent bacteria. After use, the nozzle should always be thoroughly cleaned.
